Please join us to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the landmark legislation which returned Florida State College for Women to a coeducational institution and renamed it Florida State University.

With special guests Dr. Robin Sellers (M.A. ’90, Ph.D. ’95), retired faculty member and author of Femina Perfecta: The Genesis of Florida State University, and Caldwell McCord, Jr. (B.S.N ’14), whose great grandfather Millard Caldwell served as governor of Florida from 1945-1949 and signed this historic act of legislation.

Parking available in adjacent lots.
