Thanks and Recognition
The Florida State University Foundation recognizes supporters of FSU through various donor recognition societies based on type and level of giving. These societies provide us an avenue to thank donors for their generosity, as well as build and nurture lasting relationships between the university and those who support it with their gifts.
Established in 1977, the Presidents Club recognizes donors in five different societies based on cumulative lifetime giving. Founded in 2002, the Circle of Support recognizes donors for annual gifts. Donors can be recognized in both the Presidents Club and the Circle of Support as annual gifts count toward Presidents Club recognition.
For more information about these societies, visit the Presidents Club and Circle of Support.
Recent Gifts to FSU
The Foundation strives to create and nurture relationships with FSU alumni, faculty, students, parents and friends. Without private support, we would not be able to attract and retain distinguished faculty who conduct ground-breaking research and who inspire students to achieve beyond their dreams. Also, we would not be able to provide students with scholarships, facilities and special programs that will help prepare them for their future careers. Recent Gifts to FSU showcases just a few ways donors support FSU. Please note, as of October 2010, gifts of $10,000 and above are listed in Recent Gifts to FSU.
