FSU Alumni Center Rental Rates

Special rates are available during the 2012 holiday season and for non-profit organizations. To make your reservation, contact Heather Bernier.

 

Grand Ballroom (up to 6 hours)


$2,000 (Friday - Saturday)
$1,500 (Sunday - Thursday)
  • Additional hours billed at the rate of $150 regardless of category.
  • Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled without charge from 3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday afternoon preceding Saturday nuptials (pending availability); however, rehearsals scheduled post 5 p.m. will be charged an additional rate of $150 per hour.
  • A changing room for bridal attendants can be provided for two hours prior to wedding ceremony for a charge of $200. This is for changing only and not for hair styling or make-up application.
 

Rendina Room (up to 6 hours)


$500 (Friday - Saturday)
$250 (Sunday - Thursday)

 

Pearl Tyner House (up to 5 hours)


$1,000 (Friday - Saturday)
$900 (Sunday - Thursday)
  • Available Monday - Friday after 5:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday all day.
  • Additional hours billed at the rate of $100 regardless of category.
 

Cottrell Board Conference Room


Half Day


$250 (Monday - Friday)
$400 (Saturday - Sunday)

Full Day
