Hanover, Md.

Jessica Crouse is a management analyst in the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy. She is a part of the Field Performance Management team.

Crouse graduated from The Florida State University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. In 2009, she earned a master's degree in business administration from The University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.

While at FSU, Crouse was involved as president of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, secretary of Lady Spirithunters, and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society, Seminole Torchbearers, and residence hall government. Crouse was also a 2000 orientation leader and on the 2003 homecoming court. She was recognized by FSU with a Student Seminole Award in 2003.

Since graduating, Crouse stays involved in FSU as a life member of the FSU Alumni Association and member of Seminole Boosters and the D.C. Noles. Crouse enjoys attending FSU games when she can; she just wishes she had extra face paint to paint FSU fans' faces!

Crouse joined the GOLDen Ring Development Council to give more of her time and talent back to FSU. She is excited to have the opportunity to give back to a community that always feels like home.
