Mr. Jerry F. Sowell Jr.

Jerry F. Sowell Jr. is a certified public accountant and managing partner for Segers Sowell Stewart & Johnson, P.A. After attending Gulf Coast Community College, he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Florida State University. Sowell is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is affiliated with numerous associations, organizations and a vast assortment of extracurricular activities that include serving as past president and current member of the FSU Panama City Development Board; treasurer for the Gulf Coast Community College Foundation; United Way of Northwest Florida and Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida; and a trustee for the Panama City Firemen’s Pension Fund.
